坚持使用非转基因生茶成分（不含转基因生物）。

使用环保包装，同时回收并重复利用纸箱。

Use eco-friendly packaging while recycling and reusing cartons.

拥有自己的茶园种植基地，坚持只做绿色无公害茶叶。

Have our own tea garden planting base, and insist on planting only green and pollution-free tea.

使用自聘员工在茶园采摘鲜叶，同时雇佣贫困家庭的员工及残疾人，实现企业的社会责任，员工通过培训后方可上岗操作。

 Use self-employed staffs to pick fresh leaves in tea gardens. Employ staffs from poor families and staffs with disabilities to realize enterprise social responsibility. Only after training can employees take up the post operation.

使用专业的物流运输设备，保证运输条件及卫生，确保茶叶从原料到成品到运输的可追溯性。出厂的每一包产品都具有溯源标识，以实现追溯管理。

The use of professional logistics transport equipment, ensures transport conditions and health, and ensures the tea production and transportation process with traceability. Each package of products delivered by the factory has a traceability mark to achieve traceability management. 

  

二、我们的员工：Our staff

 

公司严格执行国家《禁止使用未成年用工的规定》，企业人事部确保在任何岗位范围内不使用童工，按时发放工资，遵守用工程序。并招聘一定比例的残疾人减轻社会负担。人力资源部招聘时必须对应聘人员进行严格验证，保证无犯罪记录。

 The company strictly implements the Provisions on the Prohibition of Using Child Labor. The personnel department of the company ensures that no child labor is used in any position, that wages are paid on time, and that employment procedures are complied with. The company also recruits a certain proportion of disabled people to reduce the social burden. The human resources department strictly verifies the recruitment of candidates to ensure that there is no criminal record.

我们的员工均按照国家规定签署劳动合同，并按照劳动法8小时工作制合理安排用工，提供舒适的休息场所，确保员工的劳逸结合。

五、未来可持续行动计划：Sustainable Action Plan for the future:

 

2023年 8月：到当地敬老院慰问，献上爱心；

August 2023: Visit and offer love to the local nursing home.

 

2023年10月：组织爱护环境公益活动，到西湖清理垃圾，保护西湖环境；

October 2023: Organize public welfare activities to protect the environment, cleaning up garbage in West Lake to protect the environment of West Lake.

 

2023年11月：安排助农扶贫活动。
